I also specialize in Property Management.  In the past my resume included working for a family owned apartment community. I managed over 1200 units in Colorado Springs, Colorado for many years. We were like a small family, all working together to better our community. We worked hand in hand with the local CSPD (Police Dept.), conducting "knock and talk's" to reduce crime.  We held monthly Story Time for the children, I volunteered at the local elementary school and had a Community Care Closet for families in need.   Working as a team in the past has helped to guide my Home Selling Team as a Real Estate Broker.
